Allow updating the samplesheet of a dataset (after it has been created)

Example:

samplesheet = pd.DataFrame.from_records([
    {
        'sample': 'HG00138',
         'fastq_1': 'HG00138_R1.fastq.gz',
         'fastq_2': 'HG00138_R2.fastq.gz',
         'status': 'Normal'
    }
])
csv = samplesheet.to_csv(index=False)
dataset.update_samplesheet(
