Description
Motivation behind the feature and what it will do
Currently, users have no way of accessing the older event pages without manipulating the URL. We can create a page that will allow the user to open the site of an event during a certain year.

Minimal Viable Product
- A page that displays all the different event sites we have
- These will link to the proper subdomain and year
Code changes
Adding a new page with a bunch of hrefs.
Additional context
We can try a card design if we're on a larger screen or selector menus on smaller screens
