The primary change to be aware of occurred in version 2.38: it updated its OpenTracing dependency to a new, incompatible version (0.33.0). If you use Jersey's OpenTracing integration, you must update your project's OpenTracing dependencies to
0.33.0to match. [3]Additionally, version 2.41 and later adopt new default parsing limits from the Jackson library, which could affect applications processing very large JSON strings. [3] Other changes in this range consist of bug fixes, dependency updates, and performance improvements.
