[AKS Feature] Support new parameters in New-AzAksCluster

Description of the new feature

When creating AKS cluster using Azure CLI, it supports more parameters than the cmdlet in Azure PowerShell, the following are parameters that are frequently used:

network-policy, pod-cidr,--service-cidr,--dns-service-ip,--aks-custom-headers, nodepool-labels, ,--docker-bridge-address
