Description

Adds warning / error logs for EOL python versions. Link: aka.ms/supported-python-versions

Example log with EOL version (changed 3.12 EOL to 4/25 for testing)

Example log with close to EOL version (changed 3.12 EOL warning to 4/25 for testing)
