This change contributes to making all the batch requests running in async order instead of sequential which is required for the high load scenario.
Impact :- this was able to boost the performance of the function producer write upto > 100x i.e. earlier it used to take 3+ hrs to produce 200k events but now we are able to do this within 3mins

This change doesn't requires any unit test case
