Social: Replace ConnectionIcon component with the implementation of ConnectionImage component

Completes SOCIAL-229

ConnectionIcon has been historically problematic and has bad a11y. In #45939, we created the ConnectionImage component for the same purpose, but with a simpler implementation without click handlers and other a11y issues.

Proposed changes:

• Replace ConnectionIcon component with the implementation of ConnectionImage component
