Bump the WC Calypso Bridge package. This new version fixes the duplicate Plugins admin menu item for eCommerce trial sites.

Fixes https://linear.app/a8c/issue/DOTCOM-13242/jetpack-block-module-deactivates-after-commerce-migration

Proposed changes:
Bump the WC Calypso Bridge package to 2.10.4 - Updated the default WooCommerce jetpack module list
