Feature Request Make List Entries clickable

Thanks for your application, very useful.
Would it be possible to make the retrieved entries clickable ?

They would directly point to the concerned Pull Request mentionned by the notification.

This information is available from the API Endpoint, for each item, on the JSON Schema :
[].subject.url

But I'm not going to implement it by myself because I really dislike Xcode & Swift :(

For those who want to implement it, here's the approach:

1. Parse out the url from API's response [].subject.url, like https://api.github.com/repos/langgenius/dify/releases/202962689.
2. Request the url and parse out the html_url from the response.
3. Get the notification_referrer_id and append it to the html_url so the GitHub can show a quick action header on the page. (feat: use notification_referrer_id for better UX gitify-app/gitify#519)
