Hi Robert Beatty ,
Can you please clarify on which kind of tracing tools we are looking for. Are we looking some statics support like -

1. How long we stayed into various power states (like Active, deep sleep mode etc)
2. Some debug messages for indicating entry into various power states.

Add support for statistics like residency numbers for different sleep states which will give info about how much time the core has spent in each sleep state.
