Trying to update from 4.6.0 to 4.6.9

I'm looking to update to the latest stable release but everything is showing as obsolete. None of the documentation I've been able to locate has been updated.

Does anyone have a recent example of creating a new issue?

Thanks for the quick response. Is there a way to get the project-id by name?

That RedmineManager refuses to connect. Is there a way to designate the connection as http? What about a timeout?
