This PR updated the Twilio Video Android binding to the latest version 7.0.6

Looking at the release notes, Twilio Video Android is now built with Java 11.
https://www.twilio.com/docs/video/changelog-twilio-video-android-v7#706-february-11th-2022
Now builds with Java 11 instead of java 8

And currently that's not supported in Xamarin Android, so I think this PR is stuck until this issue is solved in Xamarin Android.

@4brunu do you know if this is resolved? The first issue you linked is still open, but the other two are merged/closed.
With the old version we get a security alert in Google Play: "Security - Vulnerable WebRTC Versions "

I don't know.
Try to ping dotnet/android#6142 and expose your issue, maybe it will help to prioritise this issue.
