Handle currency change

When the user changed currency using currency switcher, the vsf-currency cookie is changed, but currency in the entire shop is not changed

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://demo-magento2-canary.europe-west1.gcp.storefrontcloud.io/default
2. Set default store view if it is not set
3. Choose PLN from currency switcher
4. Go to the product page, for examplehttps://demo-magento2-canary.europe-west1.gcp.storefrontcloud.io/default/p/24-MB04/strive-shoulder-pack.html
5. Observe that currency is wrong. it should be PLN

Acceptance criteria

1. Currency in the entire shop is corresponding to the currency that is visible in header top bar
2. Rates are calculated correctly
