Challenge Search breaks in certain cases

Describe the bug
When searching for a challenge by name that has a : in the name, the search does not return results.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to www.topcoder.com/challenges
2. Search for a challenge with a : in the name. For example, "TopGear Skill Building Challenge: Design"
3. Note that no results are returned.
4. Search for the same challenge but remove the characters after the :. For example, TopGear Skill Building Challenge: Design
5. Note that a challenge is now matched and displayed.

NOTE: You'll need to find a challenge with a : in it that you have access to in order to reproduce this.

Expected behavior
Search should operate correctly with : in the names

@Oanh-and-only-Oanh @ajefts , I tested this with a test challenge. So the issue is the search is only looking for the text in the contest spec and not the title. This has already been logged in the challenge-api repo.
