Introduces HeaderReader API to read headers, by default compatibility is kepts using a TreeMap not case sensitive but it allows to use a HttpServletRequest and not iterate over all headers if not needed (extreme case being (request-target) only which doesnt require to read headers at all but was previously iterating over all headers whatever usage it was)
