Authentication settings

This PR moves information about authentication features introduced in 2.11 (https://github.com/tarantool/enterprise_doc/pull/216) to a separate Authentication topic under the Configuration parent topic. The content is mostly old but a new configuration approach is used in examples. The reference page also includes two new security options.

Here is the summary of changes:

• Added three runnable samples related to configuring auth features to code_snippets:
  • security_auth_restrictions (auth_delay, auth_retries, ...)
  • security_password_policy (uses these recommendations)
  • security_auth_protocol (also includes SSL config and net.box connection example)
• Created a new Authentication topic. This topic uses old content but references new examples.
• Options descriptions are moved to the reference page, see the security section. New/updated options:
  • security.auth_delay (updated)
  • security.auth_retries
  • security.secure_erasing
• Removed old content from the Access control section.
