https://www.swift.org/platform-steering-group/ contains two dead links:
https://forums.swift.org/c/platform and https://www.swift.org/charter-drafts/steering-group.md, although the first one might be private.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.swift.org/platform-steering-group/
2. Click on 'evolution authority' or 'Platform category'
3. See the result page

Expected behavior

Clicking on 'evolution authority' or 'Platform category' should redirect to the respective page.

Actual behavior

https://forums.swift.org/c/platform: Oops! That page doesn’t exist or is private.
https://www.swift.org/charter-drafts/steering-group.md: Not Found
