Issue Description:

During the creation of Foundation.Process() in REPL i receive Segmentation Fault exception and the REPL crashes.

See attachement.

You can replicate the error with this command sequence (in REPL instance)

• import Foundation

• let process = Foundation.Process()

I think this was fixed at some point, as it doesn't reproduce on a new toolchain. Can I ask you to try updating and see if this still reproduces? Otherwise, we can call it a night.

Confirmed fix in the last dev version of 5.0.0.
