Flutter plugin

What did you accomplish?

Prepare release with federated architecture. This implies that we'll be publishing four packages (app facing splitio, the common platform splitio_platform_interface, splitio_android as the Android implementation and splitio_ios as the iOS implementation).

  • Modified pubspec.yaml to fetch public packages (since they're not public yet, CI will fail)
  • Modified LICENSE files to align with rest of SDKs format.
  • Updated CHANGELOG files.
