Also adds an integration test using (fork of) wighawags [template-ethereum-contracts][1] in order to verify everything works ok w/ hardhat-deploy.
Coverage dropped because there is hardhat version dependent logic that we check in the nomiclabs integration tests which doesn't make it to the report.
