Remove support for #[rustc_mir(borrowck_graphviz_format="gen_kill")].

Because it's equivalent to `#[rustc_mir(borrowck_graphviz_format)]`. It
used to be distinct, but the distinction was removed in
rust-lang@3233fb1.
