How to know that epub has finished rendering in EpubNavigatorFragment

How to know when EpubNavigatorFragment rendering is complete when opening an epub file, because when using the library, the page will appear loading blank

We don't have a direct event for that, and we'll probably need to add one (cc @qnga for the new Navigator).

In the current navigator, you can wait for the currentLocator to update, indicating that rendering is complete.
