How to not include --skip- in help output at least

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how if even possible to not include --skip- or --no- in help/usage output, or even not being implemented when constructing the CLI

would be great if something like this was possible

option :default => 'some_default', :no_skip=>true, :no_neg_flag=>true

I think the help as it is now is confusing:
--foo, --no-foo, and --skip-foo
look like a trilean option or something to an unsuspecting user.
It's also not a complete option list, if that's what we were after (missing --foo=true and --foo=false, and also, --foo true, --foo false -- which is, yes, listing all these is ridiculous).

Now, I like trilean flags (true|false|nil) actually, but boolean flags should definitely not have these three variants like this. Even --[no/skip]-foo is less confusing, still confusing though, so I'd just roll back skip description as a minimal fix -- or make booleans trileans, so the description makes sense, and for most terms and purposes they will be backward compatible with booleans.
