* Pin a version for Transifex CLI in sync.yml

* Test earlier required variables

* Remove Shell verbosity, too noisy

Git output is already set to verbose

* Remove unecessary test

* Add uniform comment to setup.sh

* Fix version tag of Transifex CLI in sync.yml

* Add extra files only on relevante PO changes

* Add total strings to tx_stats.py

* Enable telegram notification on other versions

Add version to the notification text
