Description
Follow-on to PR #5257, which made
test_class_sh_module_localobsolete.Note that the old smart_holder_type_caster.h (removed in #5257) more-or-less duplicated all the functionality in type_caster_base.h, including functionality related to
py::module_local(). With that duplication removed, the existing test coverage for the originalpy::module_local()functionality is fully sufficient.Suggested changelog entry:
