PlexAPI does not state a license on its Pypi package #527

Describe the issue
The source tree contains a license file LICENSE.txt, but the package metadata does not state any license, so that the package on Pypi appears to have no license.
I'll submit a PR to address that.

The package on Pypi should state the same license as the source tree.
