refactor: remove last call of /applications/id

It's inside of `internal_content()`, which is only used in `deploy_repo_update()` to retrieve git information. We can get that from the public API https://docs.posit.co/connect/api/#get-/v1/content/-guid-/repository, which was added in October 2022.
