Record fails on Xcode 16.3

Description

Starting from Xcode 16.3 writing inline snapshots fail with the following error:

Fatal error: Couldn't load snapshot from disk

with the underlying error:

Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=257 "The file “ExoticParameterTests.swift” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it."

originating from

private func testSource(file: File) throws -> TestSource {
    // ...
    try String(contentsOfFile: filePath)
    // ...
}

Hi @Kolos65, can you please provide a repro of this problem? It seems to work fine for me in Xcode 16.3.

I added a new test to https://github.com/Kolos65/Mockable/blob/main/Tests/MockableMacroTests/ExoticParameterTests.swift

And could not generate the expansion, only with Xcode 16.2.

If you clone Mockable, you can open it in "dev mode" by running Scripts/open.sh (it sets a flag I use in Package.swift)

Would you like me to try and create an isolated repro?
