As stated in the documentation, the current version supported is version 10. But this one's status is currently EOL.

Is there any plans to update the repo in order to use at least version 16 of Node (like it's the case for SPFx v1.15)?

Maybe a v4 is planned?

Edit: the gulp tasks didn't work on my machine when using node 10.x but with 14.x. And looking at the package.json, there're references to SPFx 1.16 so maybe documentation has to be updated to reflect Node required version?

@michaelmaillot This may be just documentation requiring an update. I am using node 16 for some time and all seems to work fine
@AJIXuMuK thoughts? Can we just update that reference to v16?

@joelfmrodrigues @michaelmaillot - I think we need to change docs to reference to the SPFx versions table.
In that case the valid version on Node could be checked based on SPFx version from the library.

Right, so the table could contain library versions (v1, v2, v3), node versions & SPFx versions?

If that's Ok for everyone, I can update the MPA page accordingly.
