Retrieve Google Fonts locally

I am using Pattern Lab Node `v5.17.0` on `Mac`, with Node `v14.20.1`, using a `Vanilla` Edition.

##### Expected Behavior
System should not load external assets, especially relevant for GDPR.

##### Actual Behavior
We're retrieving webfonts from Google Fonts service.

##### Steps to Reproduce
Open https://patternlab-handlebars-preview.netlify.app/?p=all and have look at the network tab.
