Wrong usage of content available #164
Description
According to the documentation of https://github.com/ToothlessGear/node-gcm the name is this: contentAvailable. I tested a bit, when setting it contentAvailable to true my iOS push notifications get delivered otherwise they don't get delivered, so it seems this is an issue.
