Updated README with Sails.js HOOK middleware config

Hello,

I have created the Sails.js installable hook for easy integration of parse-dashboard as sails-hook-parse-dashboard.

Sails.js plugin is published as NPM package https://www.npmjs.com/package/sails-hook-parse-dashboard

The source is available here at my official company's repository https://github.com/italkco/sails-hook-parse-dashboard

This hook will be actively maintained as a new version of parse-dashboard will be released.

Due to this issue thread and by the help of @johnabrams7, this plugin (hook) is created.

I have submitted CLA here https://code.facebook.com/cla/corporate as the company ITalk Ltd. as a CEO with approving myself as employe to contribute on Facebook's projects.

Thanks for the PR, however, given the simplicity of the module, i’d rather have it as a documentation instead of a full module.
