Pulls the latest node template and copies over specific files into the codebase of an existing substrate code. Good for keeping up with all the rapid changes in substrate and incorporating them into existing code.

This is a quick+dirty implementation for my personal use but i'm glad to cleanup if the script would be useful to others.

It looks like @adnantium hasn't signed our Contributor License Agreement, yet.
