Date range validation errors don't always clear #1135
Description
Validation errors don't clear on reset if the end date is not changed by the reset. They also don't clear on changing back to a preset no matter what the dates are. However, as noted in #1134, with #1132, we will be using a non-native date picker and we will probably stop using Formik to coordinate state between the controls, which means these issues will probably disappear. So this is almost certainly not worth fixing within the current framework. Just writing it down so we don't forget about it.
