cvv fix docs

cvv/doc directory contained wrong files.

Thanks, the documentation now shows up 👍 . But I cannot find the tutorial (which is referenced in the docs) Is this a link problem or just future work?

Sadly the tutorial was the first thing written and is IMHO much more useful than the API documentation.
It can be found here: https://github.com/Itseez/opencv_contrib/tree/master/doc/tutorials/cvv
It does not get built because of a bug in the opencv doc/CMakeLists.txt. I filed a bug report here: http://code.opencv.org/issues/3920

You can built it manually however:

cd opencv_contrib/doc/tutorials/cvv/visual_debugging_introduction
rst2html visual_debugging_introduction.rst > visual_debugging_introduction.html

And opening the html with a browser.
