Not sure what changed, but recent versions of php/curl seem to choke on the format of the equifax_ca.crt. 'Curl error #60 during API call: SSL: invalid CA certificate #1 (offset 0) in bundle' PHP 5.5.14 (cli) (built: Sep 9 2014 19:09:25) cURL Information => 7.37.1 Reformatting the ca file seems to help: `openssl x509 -in equifax_ca.crt -outform pem -out equifax_ca.crt`
