There is a lot going on with documentation as new code is being pushed to master, said code needs documentation & that's were the Docs team shines.

add first draft of ROADMAP.md #70 location: https://github.com/nodejs/docs/pull/70#discussion_r51128221 Summary: Chris & the members are working on a roadmap.md to clarify exactly what's going on. It streamlines the process of what's going on with the Docs team. This should be landing soon.
