Great work @arthanson, thank you! Some minor cleanup suggestions and a question or two, but overall this is excellent.
Also, it looks like pyproject.toml got swept up in the PR by accident.

Fixes: #9654
Adds device weight to DeviceType, ModuleType and Rack. Adds edit fields on edit forms, shows total weight on rack detail.
