Primary IPv4/IPv6 IP's for Virtual Device Context are not linkified

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a device
2. Create an interface
3. Create a VDC for the device
4. Assign the IP as primary ip for the VDC
5. View the VDC

### Expected Behavior

Primary IP should link to the IPAddress object

### Observed Behavior

Primary IP is displayed as text
