Followup to #1244.
The Evergreen project settings for the main branch have been updated to reference
.evergreen/config.ymlas the config file. Therefore, the old.mci.ymlconfig file can be removed from the repository. Thev3.11release project overrides this setting to continue referring to.mci.yml, as the refactor will not be cherry-picked onto therelease/v3.11branch.
