(DOCSP-35767) Fixes bad directive formatting for all callout/admonition types (#44)

[JIRA](https://jira.mongodb.org/browse/DOCSP-35767) This ticket was from
someone noticing one case of this. Further searches found more. These
showed up in spite of the bad syntax in old gen, but display empty boxes
in new gen, and give no warning in the builds (should probably ask DOP
if we can get a build warning for this)
