Publish the MCP Inspector Image

Currently you can only run the inspector if you run it via npx for the crowds that don't want to run npx and love a good ol container, could they get an mcp/inspector container image. There seems to be one that hasn't been updated for a while..https://www.docker.com/mcp/inspector
