Can't format an unsaved document

Formatting unsaved documents in JS and HTML work fine in VSC, but it doesn't work with Python unsaved documents. Using "Format document" on an unsaved document does nothing.

That's because not all formatters support formatting from stdin (e.g. autopep8 doesn't support it, neither does Black which may land with #1234 ).
