As of microsoft/TypeScript#30368 this removes deprecation flag in
SVGSVGElementfor the propertiessetCurrentTime,pauseAnimations,unpauseAnimations, andgetCurrentTime. It also adds the methodanimationsPaused(): boolean.(closes microsoft/TypeScript#30368)
