definitions / $defs support?

I will start with the fact that I love the library and the codebase! I am trying to apply it to a codebase with over 200 json schemas. For some of them I noticed that it did not create the classes properly. After investigation I saw that those JSON Schemas use the definitions part, like shown here. It seems that the library does not support $defs / definitions, is that correct? If yes, what do you think about adding it? How complicated would it be? Any tips if I would like to work on it? :)

Thanks for the PR, that's awesome! 🫶 I was going to point out that the Generator at least supports injecting a ReferenceLookup interface, which you can use when using this tool as a library (for example, we're using that in mittwald/api-client-php-builder), but I see you've already found and built upon just that in your PR.

Perfect, thank you @martin-helmich! I've pushed some more changes to the branch simplifying the implementation and fixing one issue with the incorrect namespace for definitions. Now it seems to be working correctly.
