"New Accounts Report" should disable the sort ability of "New Account" columns (because it can not run)

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.3-develop

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Go to backend
2. Reports-> Customers-> New
3. Show report
4. Click "New Account" column

Check this Gif:

Expected result (*)

1. Nothing happened because the column can not be sortable

Actual result (*)

1. Reload the page and nothing happened
