I think it would be good to pick e32522c "[SLPVectorizer] Do not assume extracelement idx is a ConstantInt. " into the 10.0 release branch.
It fixes a crash in the SLPVectorizer that was introduced since the last release I think. https://reviews.llvm.org/rGe32522ca178a
