Currently I cannot build LLDB from the 9.x release branch on macOS using Python 3 installed with Homebrew. The patch version between the script interpreter and the framework differ, which causes CMake to bail out:

Found incompatible Python interpreter (3.7.3) and Python libraries (3.7.4)

This is also a problem for Python 2 on macOS 10.15 beta, where the patch version also doesn't exactly match.

These patches loosen the version check to ignore the patch version. They should be safe as they only affect LLDB and make the check more forgiving.
