Telescope is at the moment the only package which has a weird placement of its database directory. I've moved everything into its own database directory outside the
srcdirectory and moved the factory of the test suite there as well. I applied similar changes to what I did for Passport: laravel/passport#1349No breaking changes unless people were explicitly relying on the current file paths (which I have no idea for why they would be doing that).
