Add
TrustedProxymiddleware test coverage from #40260 for new supported HTTP headerX-Forwarded-Prefix. Merged #40014 didn't add URL prefix assertions so the framework test suite would pass if the'HEADER_X_FORWARDED_PREFIX'case were accidentally removed.
